SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We offers a flat rate of $10.99 shipping on all orders up to $199.00 within the United States.  Orders over $199.00 are shipped free. Most shipments are made within 3 days of purchase, but custom orders may take longer.  We ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Larger shipments are shipped LTL.  Orders can be expedited, if necessary.  If an order needs to include expedited shipping, please contact customer service at sales@ for our expedited shipping options.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Gasket Supply handles returns and exchanges of purchased items within 15 days of original purchase. All standard sized gaskets and sheets can be returned. Unfortunately, custom or specially fabricated items cannot be returned.  A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. 

If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact our customer service department at [email protected]. Returns and exchanges will be handled through email.  Customers are responsible for paying the total shipping cost of returned items.  Refund processing can take up to 7 days.
